Round 1 Hull Derby Ticketing Information

Hull FC, the SMC and the Safety Advisory Group have confirmed our ticket allocation for the mouth-watering Super League Round 1 fixture at the MKM Stadium.

Hull KR will receive an unreserved allocation of 3,750 tickets across North Stand blocks 2 to 7, and East Stand blocks 1 – 3. Supporters are reminded that there is fixed segregation within the concourse between North and East Stand. Additionally, new segregation has been installed at the MKM Stadium which will split the North Stand into two blocks.

Following a number of behaviour issues between supporters at the Good Friday tie last year, the club will receive NO further ticket allocations. No tickets will be issued to Hull KR supporters in the West Upper. Tickets for this area will only be available via Hull FC to supporters with a purchase history via Hull FC’s ticketing platform within the last three years.

To ensure supporter and player safety, all drinks will be decanted into cups for this fixture.

Supporters of both sides are urged to behave in a way which best reflects the unique sporting rivalry, alongside our pride to kick off the 2024 Super League season with the biggest Derby in Rugby League.

Hull KR would like to make it clear, any of our supporters who engage in behaviour contrary to the values of the club will receive an immediate season long ban, with no refund issued on any memberships or tickets already purchased for 2024.

SECURE YOUR TICKETS

With a limited allocation, tickets are expected to sell out quickly. Last year thousands of tickets were sold within hours of going on sale. Therefore, the following ticket priority measures will be in place to ensure our 2024 members get first access to tickets.

2024 FULL SEASON / ROVERS FOREVER MEMBERS FIRST PRIORITY WINDOW

Tickets will initially be released online only to full season members. This will be strictly one ticket per member.

Members are urged to ensure they have set-up their online account prior to tickets going on sale. Members will receive an email before next Wednesday reminding them of their Supporter ID. Members are reminded that they do not need their digital membership to purchase tickets.

INFO ON HOW TO SET UP YOUR NETWORK

Members can purchase tickets for their friends and family, who are also 2024 full season members, by linking your account to theirs. This allows anyone within the network to login and purchase tickets on behalf of your friends and family, so each person does not have to do it individually. A handy guide is available to read here.

NON-TICKETED MEMBER SECOND PRIORITY WINDOW

Second priority for tickets to this fixture will go to members of our new non-ticketed membership scheme. Any remaining tickets will be released to fans in this category 24 hours after the full season member sales.

GENERAL SALE

In the highly unlikely event any tickets are remaining, these will be placed on general sale 48 hours after the initial member release. The club are not anticipating any tickets to reach general sale.

Thursday 11th January - Get ready – if you are already a member, check your supporter ID is working, and you have linked to your family and friends. If you are not a member yet, join at hullkr.co.uk/roversforever by 9am Monday 15thJanuary to be in the priority sale window.

Monday 15th January 9am – deadline to become a 2024 full season member and enter the priority window.

Wednesday 17th January midday - 2024 member priority sale begins.

Thursday 18th January midday – 2024 non-ticketed member sale begins.

Friday 19th January – any remaining tickets placed on general sale, online only.

Wednesday 24th January 10am - Collection of tickets available in-store.
