Ticket Exchange
Hull KR are pleased to announce the trial of a new Ticket Exchange scheme for the 2024 season.
Following the announcement of consecutive home sell outs, and with memberships at an all-time high, the new ticket exchange scheme will allow 2024 members who cannot attend a sold out home fixture to resell their place at face value to another supporter. Therefore, greater access to tickets will be available to those who would otherwise miss out on the live action at Sewell Group Craven Park.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Full season members will have the ability to sell their designated place at face value to other supporters for select home games.
Places may continually become available across the stadium on hullkr.co.uk/tickets right up until matchday. Tickets purchased via Ticket Exchange are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
Should a buyer be found, the member who sells their place will receive a £5 credit in their online ticket account to be used against future events and games. Upon the sale of your place, the membership will instantly be deactivated for the specific game, and an instant e-ticket will be sent to the supporter who has purchased it.
All supporter data, including names of who is selling and buying the tickets will be completely confidential, and never shared with either the buyer or the seller.
HOW TO BUY A TICKET RESALE TICKET
Supporters can purchase tickets by following the below steps.
1. Login to your e-ticketing account at hullkr.co.uk/tickets
2. Click on the sold out fixture you would like to purchase a ticket for
3. Select an available place and add to your basket
All tickets purchased through the Ticket Exchange are available at the adult price only and will be issued as a Print at Home ticket.
Please be reminded that that all tickets purchased via Ticket Exchange are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
HOW TO SELL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PLACE
2024 Rovers Forever / Full Season members can list their seat for resale on Ticket Resale platform by following these steps:
1. Login to your eTicketing account by clicking here
2. Click ‘My Account’ which will be the avatar icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen
3. Under ‘Notification’, choose ‘Manage Tickets’
4. Select the fixture that you are unable to attend
5. Select the seats you wish to list for resale from those available within your network
6. Click 'Sell on Ticket Exchange' - you'll be notified by email once your ticket has been purchased
A £5 credit per ticket will be added to your account to be used on future fixtures or events. All credit must be used by October 31st 2024 and any unspent credit will be cleared at this time. The credit is not exchangeable for any other products, services or cash.
WHY USE THE TICKET EXCHANGE?
- 2024 members will see the value of their membership increase by receiving credits for any places they sell for games they can’t attend, in addition to all the other benefits and savings, this makes 2024 memberships better value than ever!
- The platform is 100% safe and secure and you don’t have to share any personal data with the buyer / seller. Often sold out games are targets for touts and online fraudsters who will attempt to sell supporters tickets which don’t exist, or attempt to capture bank or other personal details in ID fraud attempts.
- Guaranteed entry – the ticket resale platform is the only way to legitimately sell your membership place for a one off game, or for a supporter without a ticket to guarantee the ticket they are buying is legitimate. The club automatically cancels memberships and tickets entitlements of any tickets we find either sold around the stadium or online. Even if you make a private arrangement to sell your place, you may find upon entry the ticket entitlement is cancelled.
