Supporters can purchase tickets for their friends and family by linking your account to theirs. This allows anyone within the network to log in and purchase tickets on behalf of your friends and family, so each person does not have to do it individually.
Please see below for our handy step-by-step guide:
Head to hullkr.co.uk/tickets and log in to your account using your Supporter ID and password.
1. Once logged in, click on the avatar icon in the top right (next to the basket).
2. Click view account menu.
3. Click account management.
4. Press network.
5. To add someone new, click ‘Add Members’.
6. Enter their Supporter ID and surname and press ‘search’.
7. Click ‘Add Member’.
The person you have added to your network will be notified via email that you can now both assign match tickets to each account.
HOW TO ASSIGN TICKETS TO YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Once you have added your family and friends to your network, you can then assign tickets to them by following the below steps:
1. Click on the game you would like to purchase match tickets for.
2. Select the amount of tickets / seats you would like to buy.
3. View your basket.
4. Once in your basket, click ‘Reassign’.
5. Assign the ticket to a member of your network.
6. Proceed to checkout.
