• Sam Luckley (Hull KR) - Opposition: Warrington Wolves - Grade A Late contact on kicker - Penalty Points: 1 - Total Points in previous 12 months: 2.75 - No further action
• Mikey Lewis (Hull KR) - Opposition: Warrington Wolves - Grade C Dangerous Contact - Penalty Points: 5 - Total Points in previous 12 months: 12.75 - 2 match suspension
• Tevita Pangai Jr (Hull KR) - Opposition: Warrington Wolves - Grade A Late contact on passer - Penalty Points: 1 - Total Points in previous 12 months: 11.75 - 1 match suspension and a fine
• Tevita Pangai Jr (Hull KR) - Opposition: Warrington Wolves - Grade B Late contact on passer - Penalty Points: 3 - Total Points in previous 12 months: 14 - 2 match suspension

This results in Tevita Pangai Jr facing a four-match suspension, while Mikey Lewis will receive a two-match suspension. Sam Luckley will receive no further action.
