Richardson joins Robins on season-long loan while Reynolds heads to Hull FC

Hull KR can confirm that Danny Richardson has joined the club on a season-long loan from Castleford Tigers with immediate effect while Ben Reynolds will head on loan to Hull FC for the remainder of the 2024 Betfred Super League season.
Richardson made his Super League debut for St. Helens in 2017, racking up 59 appearances for the Saints before joining Castleford in 2020. Since then, the 27-year-old has gone on to play over 50 games for the Tigers, making over 100 Super League appearances in the process.
The Widnes native will add quality depth to the Robins’ halves and bring strong competition to Tyrone May and Mikey Lewis.
A robust organiser and a prolific point scorer, the halfback has tallied up 626 points during his time with St. Helens and Castleford Tigers. Richardson will link up with the Robins early next week.
