REVEREND AND THE MAKERS TO ANNOUNCE TEAMS AND HEADLINE HALF-TIME SHOW AT 2026 BETFRED WORLD CLUB CHALLENGE

Hull KR are delighted to announce that indie stars Reverend and the Makers will perform live and announce the teams at the 2026 Betfred World Club Challenge.

The acclaimed band will take centre stage at the MKM Stadium on Thursday 19th February, delivering a special pre-match team announcement with their fitting track 'Heavyweight Champion of the World' before headlining the half-time show in what promises to be an unforgettable occasion for Rugby League in Hull.

Known for their anthemic sound and electrifying live performances, Reverend and the Makers have become one of the UK’s most celebrated indie acts, with hit singles including Heavyweight Champion of the World, Shine the Light, Open Your Window, and Silence Is Talking.

Their appearance continues Hull KR’s commitment to showcasing British music talent at major club events, following successful performances from the Reytons, the K's, the Pigeon Detectives and Tom A. Smith in recent seasons. Alongside the local up and coming artists who are paid to perform within our popular fan zone, Craven Streat, each week.
