Johnson joins Tigers on Season-long Loan

Hull KR can confirm Luis Johnson has joined Castleford Tigers on loan for the remainder of the 2023 Betfred Super League season with immediate effect.

The Robins wish Luis the best of luck for his spell with the Tigers while KR reserve the option to recall the 24-year-old at any time during the season.

Hull KR Head Coach, Willie Peters added: ‘Luis has been given the opportunity by Castleford Tigers to play first team rugby week.

‘It’s vital Luis is playing week in, week out in Super League and it’s an opportunity Luis and I felt was right at this stage of his career. Luis is still very much a part of Hull KR and we wish him all the best during his time with Castleford.’
