Important Ticket Information for Tonight's Play-Off Semi-Final

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION FOR TONIGHT'S PLAY-OFF SEMI-FINAL

Thank you purchasing tickets for tonight's Play-Off Semi-Final.

If your tickets were purchased prior to the date and time of the fixture being confirmed, there is the possibility that the QR code attached to your digital ticket may have expired. You will be aware of this as the QR code within your digital wallet will be greyed out, and it will advise you that the pass has expired. Please see the image below.

If your pass has expired, you are able to redownload it from your original email containing the ticket(s). Should you have deleted or lost your original email, you can request it to be resent to you by:

- Go to hullkr.co.uk/tickets

- Log into your account

- Click the avatar icon in the top right corner

- Click 'VIEW ACCOUNT MENU'

- Go to 'ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT'

- Click 'ACCOUNT HISTORY'

- Click on your purchase for tonight's game and select 'RESEND EMAIL'

Please note that PDF and printed tickets will still work as normal this evening. It is just digital wallet passes that may have expired and need redownloading.
