Hull KR Women confirm 2025 Squad Numbers ahead of season opener

Hull KR are delighted to confirm the Women’s squad numbers for the 2025 Championship Season.

In the past, Hull KR Women have secured the League Cup, Championship League Leaders’ Shield and the Championship Grand Final and will want to continue their run of success from previous seasons. Pre-season began early in November and the Robins have worked hard since then to grow in strength ahead of the new season.

For the 2025 season, Head Coach Ben Parker has created a leadership group for the team. The leadership group consists of Captain, Aaliyah Brewster alongside Vice Captains' Abbie Kudla and Carla Dixon and senior players, Cassy Lawson, Ebony Oaten-Powdrill, Kayleigh Bulman and Sophie Banks.

Ben Parker said: “I’m really looking forward to getting the season up and running this weekend, slightly jealous all the other sides played last weekend, and we started with the bye fixture. The players have worked hard over the past 4 months, so this is their opportunity to go out and enjoy themselves.

“Sheffield are a very good team so it's great to start our season with what will be a tough challenge, it will really show us where we are at and give us an insight into what is to come for the rest of the season.

“We are hoping for a positive season and the opportunity to improve on the season we had last year. We've welcomed some players back into the squad this year who had time away from the club for a couple of seasons and we have a couple of new young additions who have progressed from the Foundation girls' teams.

“I’m really looking forward to seeing how we gel together once the games get going and seeing the players get the rewards for the efforts they have put in during pre-season. I really like the addition of London and Cardiff into the league along with Featherstone coming down from the Super League, we obviously can't forget the Women's Derby will be back this season too with Hull FC earning promotion last season, it should make for a fantastic year with high quality games every week.”

Our Women begin their season with their first home game against Sheffield Eagles this Sunday, 30th March with a kick off time at 2pm.
