I currently sit on the management board of a well known local Rugby Union club and feel the experience I have gained from doing this will help me identify both positive and negative approaches/systems at the club with an open mind.
This will also help me discuss possibilities and options to help the club operate, not only as efficiently as possible, but keeping the supporters experience and comfort at the front of mind. We all need to be heard in a two-way street environment to enable progression.
Rachael White
I have been a lifelong supporter of Hull Kingston Rovers since I was a child, coming to the old Craven Park with my dad and subsequently friends. My family are also fans and season ticket holders.
I became a season ticket holder on the year Hull KR were relegated to the championship and have been with my dad to all the home games ever since.
I would like to be involved as I believe the only way for development and progression in any organisation is to have a service user voice who can actively respond to ideas and suggest new ways forward.
This group would allow for debate and discussion with actions and outcomes that have been developed with the fans. I am really impressed with recent developments to build on the club and feel as though I have a lot of skills I could offer the group - minute taking, agenda writing, teaching, for example.
I work for a local health organisation and have lived in East Hull all my life. I am passionate about the club and it's sustainability.
Where I sit with my dad, I have watched the supporters grow older, but not change. One of the strengths in the club is the fan base and support. It is lovely to see them back week after week and bounce back from setbacks. I would really like to be involved in supporting change and development.
Rosie Nicola
I am a passionate and committed supporter of the Club and have been all my life. I am keen to offer my communication skills to help improve what we do in the local community as well as at Craven Park.
I am a people person and believe I can offer a strong voice on behalf of the supporters. We need more women involved in the Club to bring a different perspective and we must ensure that young people feel the Club is an important part of their lives.
Creating a culture of inclusion and a place that welcomes everyone is paramount if we are going to grow and thrive in the future. So, ensuring basic facilities are suitable for everyone, and that behaviour at matches and other events is appropriate is vital. I would be delighted to be involved in helping the further development of wheelchair rugby league in East Hull, as well as ensuring the women's game goes from strength to strength.
If the Club is to be maintained on a sound financial footing we need to branch out, and take into account a wide variety of views and ideas on how we achieve that. I know I can make a real contribution to that debate.

I have been a loyal supporter of the club for many years and feel that my passion for the game and support for the club is 100%. Having played rugby at amateur level for Rovers Supporters many years ago, I have experienced the community spirit that has surrounded the club for a long time.
I believe that this spirit continues to contribute to how the club progresses at all levels from PDRL to the first team. I am a season pass holder and have been for many years, moving from the East stand to the North Stand when it first opened. As a Legends Lounge member, I feel that my passion and support for the club would allow me to act as a conduit between supporters and the club.
I am a committed and passionate member of the crowd who feels every tackle and enjoys every triumph. I feel that my pragmatic, practical and progressive approach to how I deal with issues at work and at home will be used to good effect if elected onto the panel.

The club is taking great steps moving forward and I would love to play a more active role and be part of this innovative idea.
I feel it would be a great opportunity to share ideas with other fans in a constructive way and to form a closer bond with the club through regular discussion and meetings.
I like the idea of the club sharing its thoughts about potential operational ideas and gauge how the fans would feel about it before considering implementing them. I believe that I would be able to discuss these in an objective manner.
I have been a lifelong fan of the Robins and would love to be part of this new Supporter Council and the wider vision for Hull KR moving forward and play a small part in making this club become great again.
Timothy Nicholson
I would love to see my club thrive on and off the pitch. The importance of dialogue between the club and the fans is huge to push the club forward, this is a huge opportunity to tell the club what the supporters like and dislike from a fans perspective.
Personally, I would love to see a packed out Craven Park every home game and work with the club to try and achieve this.

As a lifelong and passionate supporter of the club who still attends matches with the same people who I went to the original Craven Park with 40 years ago, I feel it is important to be able to help in any way I can to progress the club forward (at my age now I realise I can't help on the pitch!).
The club is going through an exciting period of development off the field and, as I have some time to spare, I want to be able to do my bit to help. Being a fan and having the opportunity to help shape the fan experience moving forward is an exciting prospect. There is a real connection with the fans and players and it would be great to be part of bringing the fans closer to the club in the development of future initiatives.
In my current work capacity I have experience of engagement events and speaking to senior officials of organisations so I feel that this puts me in a good position to fulfil this role.
Danny Barrett
I am a fairly new supporter to Rovers. This is my third season and I am very vocal at games. I think a fresh pair of eyes will see things that maybe long term supporters won't. I would love the opportunity to assist the club in improving the club /supporter link.
Andrea Bruce
I have supported Hull KR all my life having been raised in East Hull in the shadows of the former ground. Even when I lived overseas I continued to support the club, travelling back for games every few weeks, purchasing merchandise, Hull KRTV and the lottery to support the club in any way I could from afar.
Having lived near Horncastle, Lincolnshire, for the last 3 years I am now able to attend almost every game, home and away. I have been a Rovers Forever East stand member since 2016 and, in 2021, I was invited to join the Rovers Supporters Group (RSG) committee to help raise funds for the Hull KR academy and youth systems. I attend RSG meetings, write the monthly newsletter, help organise events and raise the profile of the RSG on social media.
I believe this club has the most passionate supporters in Super League and I feel that I have the interpersonal and communication skills needed to represent the views of those supporters to the club, having been a member of several groups and committees for various clubs, churches and associations and also during my career in business.

I'd like to help fellow disabled members and supporters be included in all aspects of the matches and any other events that the club arranges.
Joseph Davidson
I would like to be involved as I believe I am a loud and passionate fan with the time and day to support and listen to anyone. With me being a disabled wheelchair user, everyone knows me as trouble on wheels and I'm usually in the disabled East Stand pod at home games.
Nathan Major
I have been a Hull KR supporter since I was a young boy. I have fond memories of the old days of the early 2000's when we were regulars in the East Stand. Nowadays, I am registered blind and sit in the West Stand.
My blindness makes watching the rugby hard, but I have suggestions and ideas to make the matchday experience easier for disabled supporters of all kinds.
While the club do their best, I feel like having a disabled voice to offer ideas and feedback could be an invaluable commodity. Above all else though, I love our club, and want to help make it more easily accessible for every fan.

Andrew Platten
I have been a Hull KR supporter for 44 years. I was a season ticket holder in the dark days from 1990, until recently, when my work at Siemens Gamesa has restricted the amount of games I can go to.
As a Manager at Siemens, I have a lot of Gravitas, with Hull KR and Hull FC fans , and give a measured opinion on all matters from the board room to the terraces.
Andrew Neal
I have been a Hull KR supporter all my life. My Grandad played for Rovers, it's in my family‚ it's in my blood . I am a local businessman with local roots, I choose to stand with my daughter (14) in the East stand at home games to be a part of what is the beating heart of Hull KR‚ its supporters.
I think I can contribute in many positive ways to help push the club and it's supporters to the next level for the foreseeable future. My business is also match sponsor for the Wigan game on the 25th May but ask me where I would prefer to be that day and it would be stood in the East Stand.
Sarah Wragg
I have previously been a season ticket holder and carer to my disabled father. Although I no longer live in Hull, I go to a number of the games and feel as supporters, there are many small things that the management of the club could do/change that would have a positive impact on the fan experience and enjoyment of the game.

Alex Noble
I have been a passionate Hull KR fan for over 20 years. I have seen the rise of Rovers, from playing in the Northern Ford Premiership in front of 1500 fans to the spectacle we as fans enjoy in the current day.
I am currently in the process of leaving the military (on the 26th of May) after 16 years service to take up a role as a Project Manager (based in Nottingham). Throughout my career I have been challenged to make strategic decisions, increase efficiencies, and form appraisals using root cause analysis. I feel that I would be able to apply the skills that I have developed and contribute to the club's decision-making process and ongoing success.
As an out-of-town fan I regularly attend home and away matches. I would be happy to convey the opinions of fellow out-of-town fans in a clear and concise way and collaborate on strategic and operational matters.
I am extremely ambitious and strive for continual improvement in every challenge I undertake. I would love to play my part in supporting the club through this new initiative and assist the club where I can.
Good luck to all other applicants on a great initiative from the club.
RRTR.
Mike Scott
I'd love to be involved as I believe I would bring a pragmatic balanced approach to supporter feedback. I have been a life long fan and support the club from afar at the moment.
I live in London and work for Amazon so I would aim to leverage the knowledge I've gained in my career to give practical suggestions that improve the relationship between the club and its remote fans.
Nicholas Smales
I have been a supporter of Hull Kingston Rovers for nearly 50 years and care deeply about the club, having inherited my fandom from my father who in turn inherited his from his father. My two sons are also passionate Robins supporters.
I am also passionate about the sport of Rugby League in general and care about the development of the sport. For the past 15 years I have been based in London and was, over that period, a Director of four local authorities taking forward major regeneration and development schemes, including planning the legacy developments on the Olympic Park in East London and being the lead officer for the Nine Elms Vauxhall partnership in South London.
I have also developed and delivered economic development, employment and community development programmes including setting up job brokerages which have placed thousands of people into sustainable employment.
Currently I am a self employed consultant providing placemaking services to organisations and am also undertaking a PhD at the University of Reading. During this time I have maintained an active support for Hull KR both home and away.
I thus believe that my love for Rovers, together with a wide experience of working to promote economic and community wellbeing in a number of different locations, plus well developed analytical and interpretive skills makes me an appropriate candidate for the out of town supporter role on the Supporter Council.

Alex Ingram
I have followed the club since 2008 and became a season ticket holder in the West Stand for the 2009 season.
After the construction of the North Stand I moved into there and as of the last few seasons now watch home games from the East Stand.
Unfortunately, due to other commitments, I have not been able to maintain season ticket holder status. This has, however, meant that over the years I have developed an understanding of how fans feel not only in each of the areas in which to watch the game , but I can approach this role with both the view of a Season Ticket Holder and a Matchday ticket purchaser.
I feel this variety of experience places me well to fill a position on the supporter council. I also follow the club home and away most weekends and due to the amount of time I have been supporting the club, I have witnessed both the highs such as the 2015 cup run and lows like the 2016 relegation battle and subsequent championship season.
I love this club and think my life would be worse off if Hull KR didn't exist. I would love to be a part of the decision making process to better the team and the sport I am passionate about.
Chelsea Griffin
Getting involved would mean a lot to me due to my Grandad being a big Rovers supporter. Every home game my Grandad would be there (only ever in a suit). His brothers and sisters still go today, along with his kids and it would mean a lot to get involved and make him proud.
Chloe Barkworth
When I saw this released I was extremely intrigued. I'm keen to share my ideas on how we can make the club the best it can be!
