
Hull KR Sign Tevita Pangai Junior Until the End of 2026
Hull KR are delighted to announce the signing of Tevita Pangai Junior until the end of the 2026 Betfred Super League season, with immediate effect.
A former State of Origin representative and Tongan international, Pangai Junior brings a wealth of experience from both the NRL and Super League.
Known for his explosive carries, offloading ability and physical presence through the middle, the 30-year-old adds further strength and depth to Hull KR’s forward pack.
Born in Ashfield, New South Wales, Pangai Junior began his professional career with Brisbane Broncos, making his NRL debut in 2016 before going on to feature for Penrith Panthers, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and Dolphins.
During his time in Australia, the forward made 147 NRL appearances and represented both Tonga and New South Wales at representative level.
The powerful forward more recently spent the 2025 season at Catalans Dragons, featuring 23 times for the Dragons.
