Hull KR will take on Wigan Warriors in the Betfred Super League Grand Final, next Saturday 12th October, at Old Trafford, Manchester. KO 6pm.

Please read all of the FAQs before contacting the club with any queries.

TICKET INFO

WHEN ARE TICKETS ON SALE?

Tickets are on sale at hullkr.co.uk/tickets now. Please note that orders will be limited to nine tickets per account.

Tickets are also available from the Rugby League ticketing site, online here. The club have been allocated the East side of Old Trafford.

CAN I BUY TICKETS IN-STORE?

Due to the short turnaround, all tickets must be purchased online only.

WHY IS THERE NO 2024 MEMBER PRIORITY WINDOW?

With an initial allocation of almost 10,000 tickets, there's enough tickets to cover all our members and more! Further allocations can be requested by the club if needed, therefore there's plenty of tickets to go around.

Restricting sales to members would prevent fans who cannot make every game from booking with and joining their friends and family who are members. This way allows fans the option to choose who they sit next to with no restrictions.

WHY CAN'T I ADD TICKETS INTO MY DIGITAL WALLET?

All tickets for the game will be 'Print at Home' and they will not be able to be downloaded into digital wallets.

Tickets do not need to printed as the turnstile scanners will be able to scan your ticket from your device.

All tickets will be sent out next week, once our opposition has been confirmed.

WHERE WILL THE MAJORITY OF HULL KR FANS BE SAT?

The RFL have allocated us the East side of Old Trafford.

I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER TO PRINT MY TICKET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The QR / Barcode on the ticket will work from smart phone devices. I.e. Fans can simply open the PDF attachment sent to their emails and scan to gain access from there.

I AM DISABLED, WHERE DO I BUY MY TICKETS FROM?

Fans who require wheelchair spaces should email membership@hullkr.co.uk. Proof of your DLA / PIP will be required as part of the application process. Disabled fans should email membership@hullkr.co.uk in order to book their seats. These tickets will be in block EL132.

I REQUIRE A CARER TICKET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Any ambulant disabled supporters who has a seasonal carer membership on their account will be able to access their carer ticket online when they book, once logged in to their account.

CAN I BUY A TICKET ON THE DAY?

The Ticket Office at Old Trafford will be open from 9am-6:30pm located in the North West Corner in W2 Car Park. 

Matchday Sales will be available from the MUFC Ticket Office in-person only. 

RL Commercial sales will be available online until 9am on Saturday morning with 'Print @ Home ticket' available till then.

We advise any supporters coming to the ticket office to arrive as early as possible to avoid possible queues close to kick off.

MATCHDAY

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT OLD TRAFFORD?

Old Trafford is a 75,000 capacity stadium and there will be extra security checks in place so please arrive in plenty of time.

There will be pre-match entertainment courtesy of The Lathums. Make sure you're in your seats for 5:30pm for A Little Respect!

IS THERE LIFT ACCESS AT OLD TRAFFORD?

Lift access is available in all areas of the stadium, for both supporters sitting in accessible and general admission areas. If you are located in the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand and require lift access, we ask that you contact us on accessibility@manutd.co.uk at least 24 hours ahead of kick-off, so we can issue you with a lift pass.

Lift passes are only needed for seats situated in the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand, if your seats are not located in this area, you will not need a lift pass. You can speak to a steward who will be happy to show you to the lift, please note during busy periods other members of your party may be asked to use the stairs rather than accompany you in the lift.

WHAT TIME WILL OFFICIAL CLUB COACHES DEPART?

Official club coaches will depart Sewell Group Craven Park at midday.

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR AT SEWELL GROUP CRAVEN PARK?

Due to the amount of coaches leaving Sewell Group Craven Park, no parking will be available at the stadium. Parking will be available at St. Richards School for £5 from 10:45am.

RETAIL & OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE

I'VE ORDERED MERCHANDISE ONLINE, WHEN CAN I COLLECT?

We will send you a notification when your FULL order is available for collection or has been posted. Fans will not be able to collect part orders, as and when product arrives with us.

If you live in the local area, we recommend using our click and collect service rather than the Royal Mail, to ensure you receive your items before gameday.

The Fan Experience Zone will be operating additional opening hours for the week leading up to the Grand Final:

Monday: 10am-4pm

Tuesday: 10am-4pm

Wednesday: 10am-4pm

Thursday: 10am-6:30pm

Friday: 10am-6:30pm

Saturday: 8am-12pm

WHAT SHIRT WILL THE PLAYERS BE WEARING ON GAMEDAY?

If we are facing Wigan Warriors, then we will wear our 2024 Marble Alternate Shirt.

If we are facing Leigh Leopards, then we will wear our 2024 Home Shirt.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE?

Our online store at hullkr.co.uk/shop always shows the latest and most accurate stock availability. We do not carry additional stock in-store.

Because of the short timeframe, any products which sell out won't be re-ordered.

WHEN WILL THE OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE IN-STORE?

Due to the short turnaround, there is limited Grand Final merchandise available. The club have just released a brand new Grand Final Polo Shirt and Anthem Jacket, available to order online here.

Transpennine Express have added an extra service from Manchester Piccadilly at 9:13pm directly back to Hull.
