TICKET INFO

WHEN ARE TICKETS ON SALE?

Tickets are available from the Rugby League ticketing site now, online here.

Tickets will go on sale at hullkr.co.uk/tickets from 10am on Monday 24th July. Please note that orders will be limited to six tickets per account. Family packages will also be available and can be found below.

CAN I BUY TICKETS IN-STORE?

There will be an opportunity for those who cannot purchase tickets online to get theirs in-store at Sewell Group Craven Park from 10am Wednesday. These will be restricted to two per member, ensuring all members are guaranteed access to a ticket. Members purchasing in-store will not be able to pick specific seats within a block, these will be issued on a "Best Buy" basis.

However, supporters are advised to book online through hullkr.co.uk/tickets. Not only is booking online quicker and easier, but you can pick your seats and you’ll avoid the queues in-store.

WHY IS THERE NO 2023 MEMBER PRIORITY WINDOW?

With an initial allocation of almost 10,000 tickets, there's enough tickets to cover all our members + more! Further allocations can be requested by the club if needed, therefore there's plenty of tickets to go around. Restricting sales to members would prevent fans who cannot make every game, from booking with and joining their friends and family who are members. This way allows fans the option to choose who they sit next to with no restrictions.

To ensure 2023 members who cannot purchase online do have tickets available for them, a small allocation from each price category of tickets will be release in-store at 10am Wednesday. These will be restricted to two per member, ensuring all members are guaranteed access to a ticket.

WHERE WILL THE MAJORITY OF HULL KR FANS BE SAT?

The RFL have allocated us the West side of Wembley Stadium. Hull KR fans will be in blocks 125, 133 - 137, 139, 227, 239, 241, 540 – 547, 549, 550, and 552.

ARE FAMILY PACKAGES AVAILABLE?

I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER TO PRINT MY TICKET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It is recommended fans print their tickets off at home, however the QR / Barcode on the ticket will work from smart phone devices. I.e. Fans can simply open the PDF attachment sent to their emails and scan to gain access from there.

I AM DISABLED, WHERE DO I BUY MY TICKETS FROM?

Fans who require wheelchair spaces should contact the RFL customer support team. Proof of your DLA / PIP will be required as part of the application process. Disabled fans should email ticketing@rfl.co.uk in order to book their seats.

MATCHDAY

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT WEMBLEY STADIUM?

Gates will open at 11.30am. Before the Men's Betfred Challenge Cup Final is played, the Women's Betfred Challenge Cup will be played, kicking off at midday.

The stadium is one of the best stadiums in the world, with loads to do and fantastic food and drink offerings.

WHAT TIME WILL OFFICIAL CLUB COACHES DEPART?

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR AT SEWELL GROUP CRAVEN PARK?

Due to the amount of coaches leaving Sewell Group Craven Park, no parking will be available at the stadium. Parking will be available at St. Richards Academy for £5.

RETAIL & OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE

I'VE ORDERED MERCHANDISE ONLINE, WHEN CAN I COLLECT?

We will send you a notification when your FULL order is available for collection or has been posted. Fans will not be able to collect part orders, as and when product arrives with us.

Please note that if you order for delivery now, there is no guarantee that you will receive your product before Cup Final day.

WHAT SHIRT WILL THE PLAYERS BE WEARING ON GAMEDAY?

Hull KR will be deemed the home club and therefore will wear our 2023 home kit.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE?

Our online store at hullkr.co.uk/shop always shows the latest and most accurate stock availability. We do not carry additional stock in-store.

Because of the shorter than usual time frames between the Semi and Final, any products which sell out are unlikely to be re-ordered.

WHEN WILL THE OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE IN-STORE?

Upon the final hooter of the Semi-Final, factories around the country are getting on with producing Cup Final merchandise. Products will arrive to the club at different times from 5 days to 10 days from the Semi Final. If you order online we will send you a notification when your FULL order is available for collection or has been posted.

With a shorter than usual time-frame between the Semi and Final, fans who live locally are advised to use the click and collect service rather than selecting delivery. Depending on the Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee all orders sent via the post will arrive with supporters before they travel to the game.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Our standard opening hours are Wednesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm.

From Wednesday 26th July until Friday 11th August, we will open Monday - Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday 11am-3pm. Cup Final day opening hours will be confirmed in due course.
