Harvey's dad is a former Robin, Graham Horne! His younger brother has also just signed up with the Scholarship squad, so Red & White flows through the Horne family.
Graduating from the Academy ahead of 2024, Harvey transitioned from fullback to the wing position in his second year in the Academy where he caught the eye of many.
Harvey will be hoping to gain some valuable first team experience in 2025.
