Volunteering
Are interested in gaining new skills or have a few hours to spare? If so, then the Foundation has a number of volunteer roles which could interest you.
Current roles available are:
• Match Day Experience Makers – You will be helping the Trust deliver match day activities for children and young people taking part as mascots, flag bearers, flag wavers and organising parades around the pitch. • Heritage Ambassadors – Supporting the Trust’s growing heritage programme which includes stadium tours, heritage events and work in schools. To download a full volunteer role description (Microsoft Word) for our Heritage Ambassadors, please CLICK HERE
• Club Mascot (Rufus) – To represent the Club as Rufus Robin at any events which have been pre-booked with the Hull KR Community Trust or Club. This must be carried out maintaining the character and behaviour of the official Rufus mascot and within the ethos of the Club and Trust. • Club Mascot (Rover) – To represent the Trust as Rover at Home and Away match days and any events that have been pre-booked with the Community Trust or Club. This must be carried out maintaining the character and behaviour of the official Rover mascot, please CLICK HERE
• Fan Liaison Officer – Helping the Trust deliver match day activities for children and young people taking part as mascots and flag bearers. Helping the Trust engage with fans, please CLICK HERE
In return for giving up your spare time you will be offered support and training. These are exciting times at the Community Trust and you will play a big part in helping us to grow the work we do.
