About the Club

Hull Kingston Rovers are one of fourteen elite rugby league clubs that hold a license to play in the Stobart Super League, the Northern Hemisphere's premier rugby league competition.

The club is based at the 10,250 capacity MS3 Craven Park stadium in East Hull and traditionally play in white shirts with a red band across the chest and as such carry the nickname, ‘The Robins'.

Hull KR also play in the Carnegie Challenge Cup, the most famous knockout cup competition in the sport and last lifted the trophy in 1980 with a 10-5 win over fierce rivals Hull FC at Wembley.

Under the astute leadership of a Board of Directors led by Chairman Neil Hudgell, Rovers have developed into one of the most successful and best recognised rugby league clubs in the world and in 2011 will re-apply for a further three-year license to compete in Stobart Super League for the 2012-14 seasons.

Firmly established as one of the most widely respected and well known names in the sport, Hull Kingston Rovers have ambitious plans to develop both on and off the pitch.
